Our goal is your satisfaction. If a course does not meet your expectations, we would rather resolve it than leave you disappointed. When in doubt, contact us first — we will do our best to help.
1. Refund summary

2. Individual course purchases
7-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 30% of the course content.
We offer this window because we want you to genuinely benefit from our courses — not feel locked into a purchase that is not right for you.
Courses with significant access
If you have completed more than 30% of a course, we consider the content substantially accessed and refunds are no longer available. However, if you experienced a technical issue that affected your access, please contact us and we will review your case individually.
3. Subscription plans
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund after charge
If you were charged and genuinely did not intend to renew, contact us within 3 days of the charge. We will review each case and may issue a prorated refund at our discretion — particularly for annual subscribers who notify us promptly.
4. Live sessions
Live group sessions are non-refundable once attended. If you are unable to attend a live session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case:
- We will provide access to a recording of the session, or
- We will offer a credit toward a future session, or
- At our discretion, issue a refund for that session component
No-shows without advance notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@depthmynd.com with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request — [Course Name]"
- Your registered email address
- Order or transaction ID (from your purchase confirmation email)
- Brief reason for the request (helps us improve our courses)

6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
We will send a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
7. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the eligible refund window has passed
- Courses where more than 30% of content has been accessed
- Completed courses where a certificate has been issued
- Live sessions that have been attended
- Purchases made under promotional pricing or discount codes
- Refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith or repeatedly
