If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.
2. About DepthMynd
DepthMynd Labs is an educational technology company based in Bangalore, India. We provide online courses, programs, and learning materials focused on applied psychology, emotional intelligence, focus, and personal development for students aged 13 to 25.
Our content is designed and reviewed by qualified educators and psychology professionals. All content is educational in nature and does not constitute therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or medical advice.
3. User accounts
To access paid content, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Not share your account with others

4. Course access and enrolment
Access period
Upon purchasing a course, you receive lifetime access to that course's materials unless otherwise stated. Subscription plans provide access for the duration of the active subscription.
Device access
Your account may be accessed on up to 3 devices simultaneously. Course content must not be shared, distributed, or made available to others.
Course availability
We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire course content. Where significant changes are made to a course you have purchased, we will notify you in advance.
Certificates
Completion certificates are issued upon finishing all required modules and assessments. Certificates are for personal use and educational reference only and do not constitute a professional qualification.
5. Payments and billing
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
For subscription plans, billing occurs automatically on the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual property
All content on DepthMynd — including course videos, written materials, graphics, exercises, assessments, and the DepthMynd brand — is owned by DepthMynd Labs or its content partners and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content
- Record or screenshot video lessons for sharing
- Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Claim authorship of any DepthMynd content
Personal notes and summaries you create during your learning are your own property.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DepthMynd to:
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Disrupt or interfere with platform services or other users
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to extract content
- Impersonate any person or entity
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

While we strive to ensure all content is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or suitability of course content for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DepthMynd Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course content.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course or service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

“User”
Anyone who visits, browses, registers, or interacts with the platform.
“Member”

“Instructor”

DepthMynd will maintain course availability for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided the course remains active on the platform.
Access to live sessions depends on schedule availability and may not include permanent recordings unless explicitly mentioned.

Course videos are provided via secure streaming and are not downloadable, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Recording, screen-capturing, reproducing, redistributing, or sharing any part of the Content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Content may not be used for commercial training, teaching, resale, or derivative work without formal authorization from DepthMynd.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action and account termination.
8. Intellectual Property

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical, maintenance, or unforeseen issues.
We reserve the right to update, improve, restructure, or discontinue courses or features.
Granting access does not obligate DepthMynd to maintain a course indefinitely or in its current format.
Our goal is continuous improvement — but flexibility is necessary for growth.

Instructors agree that:
All submitted content must be original or properly licensed.
